* 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues

* Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple conversations simultaneously while navigating computer systems and taking notes
* Proficiency in using computers, including data entry, navigation of systems, and web-based research to support customers

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to pass a background check
