Key Responsibilities

  • Handle remote calls and surveys with study participants from the United States on a weekly basis, ensuring high-quality interactions and data collection.
  • Report to the project team, providing updates on project progress and any challenges encountered.
  • Participate in training sessions provided before the start of the project to ensure familiarity with project requirements and procedures.
  • Maintain consistent communication with the project management team, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, handling participant inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

  • Proficient in the English language, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good customer service skills, with the ability to handle participant inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Familiarity with iOS, with the ability to navigate and utilize various software applications.
  • Possess a personal laptop or computer that meets the technical requirements for the role.
  • Able to work on US time, with flexibility to work on weekends as required.
  • Willing to commit to up to 15 weeks of work, with varying hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

While not mandatory, the following skills and qualifications are highly valued:

  • Previous experience in a moderation or customer service role, particularly in a remote or call center environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
