What You'll Do
As a Retail Sales Representative at Petco, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving sales growth, and promoting the well-being of animals. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing valuable insights and recommendations to customers to assist them in the selection process

- Performing cashiering duties and handling customer transactions on the cash register
- Supporting the store in reaching its designated sales target by carrying out relevant duties

- Adhering to set operational guidelines and store policies while operating within existing procedures
- Inspecting guest requests and referring them to the Guest Experience Leader and/or Leader on Duty when necessary
Key Accountabilities

- Ensuring guests receive a top-quality experience in all Omni-channel ventures, including Instacart, Extended Aisle, and Repeat Delivery
- Handling different components of point-of-sale service, including processing cash payments, credit card payments, and managing customer returns and exchanges
Essential Qualifications
