About the Role: Customer Service Representative
We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our Caremark Member Operations team at blithequark. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in assisting our members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions, and providing solutions to simplify their healthcare experience. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from members regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions.
 - Provide clear and concise information to help members understand their coverage and options.
 - Offer solutions to simplify the healthcare experience for our members.
 - Handle a variety of call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific client inquiries.
 - Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and client needs.
 - Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism.
 - Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing business needs and priorities.
 
Essential Qualifications
- 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service, or hospitality environment.
 - Proficiency in Windows-based applications and computer systems.
 - High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
 - Ability to problem-solve in a positive and productive manner.
 - Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving their quality of life.
 - Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards.
 - At least 6 months of healthcare experience.
 - Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism.
 - Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits
Our pay rates start at $17.50, with a typical pay range of $17.00 - $25.65 per hour.
