**Job Summary**
As a Customer Care Representative with blithequark, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls from our clients' employees, answering questions, providing education, and solving complex HR and financial issues related to their health care benefits, 401k savings and retirement plans, leaves of absence, payroll, and more. You will also process transactions, leverage your computer navigation skills, and create and update files in our database. **Responsibilities**
* Handle a high volume of inbound calls from clients' employees, answering questions, providing education, and solving complex HR and financial issues related to their health care benefits, 401k savings and retirement plans, leaves of absence, payroll, and more.
* Process transactions such as health enrollments, tax and direct deposit updates, 401k withdrawals or contributions, and retirement elections.
* Leverage your computer navigation skills to toggle between multiple screens and systems to provide answers and support.
* Create and update files in our database and communicate with third parties to research and assist the customer with updates or inquiries.
* Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service.
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2 years of experience in a call center environment, with a focus on customer service and problem-solving.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
* Strong computer navigation skills, with the ability to toggle between multiple screens and systems.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of calls and transactions.
* Empathy and a customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with HR and financial systems, including health care benefits, 401k savings and retirement plans, and payroll.
* Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
