Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide to resolve routine problems and questions regarding our clients' products and services
 - Help customers resolve basic technical issues and provide expert customer experiences with a smile
 - Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient customer support
 - Offer additional products and/or services to customers as needed
 - Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
 
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Recent graduate of Ultimate Medical Academy
 - 1+ year of customer service experience
 - Some positions may require an associate degree or higher and/or a 2-year medical certification
 - Open availability and a flexible schedule
 - A high school diploma or GED
 - A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
 - Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
 - Eagerness to learn new technologies and a strong PC knowledge
