Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Service Specialist to join our team at Blithequark. As a Client Service Specialist, you'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch service to our passengers. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless travel experiences for our passengers.
- Handle customer transactions, including ticket sales, baggage handling, and other services.
- Operate a computerized retail location system, managing reservations, boarding, and baggage handling.
- Communicate effectively with passengers, colleagues, and management via phone, in-person, and public address systems.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including anomaly and complaint reports.
- Adhere to Blithequark's policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with adequate speed to fulfill job requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Physical ability to lift and move objects up to 70 pounds, climb, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proficiency in a second language.
- Experience working in a team environment.
