Start Date: October 20th, 2025 Compensation & Incentives • Competitive base hourly rate • 5% bilingual pay allowance for fluent English/Spanish speakers • Team members are eligible for additional compensation based on the timing of hours worked, as follows: • Evening Differential: An additional $1.50 per hour will be paid for all hours worked after 7:00 PM Eastern Time. • Late-Night Differential: An additional $2.00 per hour will be paid for all hours worked after 10:00 PM Eastern Time. • Weekend Differential: An additional $1.50 per hour will be paid for all hours worked on Saturdays and Sundays, regardless of time of day. • Shift differential pay is calculated in addition to base hourly wages and will be reflected on the corresponding payroll cycle. • Bonus potential: Earn up to $1,500 per month based on performance and patient engagement metrics Key Responsibilities • Conduct outbound phone calls to check in on patients and address health concerns (expected call volume ranges from 70 to 90 calls per day) • Handle inbound phone calls and route appropriately based on clinical urgency • Route non-clinical inbound calls to the appropriate departments across the company • Monitor and respond to Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) alerts, escalating concerns when clinically indicated • Collaborate with providers to coordinate timely and effective patient care • Perform monthly wellness assessments and complete comprehensive chart reviews • Accurately document all patient interactions in our clinical platform in real time • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics related to: • Care quality • Patient engagement • Response times • Adherence to protocol standards Qualifications • Active LPN, LVN, or RN license (required) • Bilingual – Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with patients remotely • Proficient in using electronic documentation systems and telehealth tools • A hardwired internet connection is required • Reliable, high-speed internet connection and HIPAA-compliant home workspace (Internet speed test required during interview) Why Nsight Health? • 100% remote position — work from the comfort of your home • Make a meaningful impact by serving diverse, often underserved patient populations • Supportive and collaborative company culture focused on clinical excellence • Clear growth opportunities in a fast-growing virtual healthcare company • Competitive compensation with shift differential, bilingual pay, and bonus opportunities Comprehensive Benefits Package • Bonus potential: Earn up to $1,500 per month • Supplemental monthly bonus opportunities • 11 Paid Holidays annually • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Health Insurance • Dental and Vision Insurance • 401(k) Plan with 3% Company Match • All Equipment Provided) Training Schedule All new hires are required to complete a comprehensive training program: • Duration: Five weeks • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time • Note: Attendance is mandatory during this period to ensure full readiness before going live with patients.
