Description About the Role We’re looking for a certified Scrum Master with hands-on experience in Workday Advanced Compensation. This role is responsible for guiding Agile ceremonies, driving sprint delivery, and ensuring our Workday Compensation initiatives stay on track. You’ll serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, HR, and technical teams to deliver enhancements, integrations, and configurations aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews). • Coach and guide the team in Agile best practices. • Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and ensure work is well-defined and prioritized. • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements related to Workday Advanced Compensation. • Ensure timely delivery of Workday configuration, testing, and deployment. • Remove impediments and support the team in resolving roadblocks. • Track metrics and provide transparency into sprint progress and outcomes. • Collaborate with Workday functional and technical teams to implement enhancements. Remote Position No 3rd Party Requirements Required Qualifications • Proven experience as a Scrum Master within HR technology programs. • Certification Workday Advanced Compensation (configuration, testing, and deployment). • Experience managing Agile teams with multiple stakeholders. • Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Preferred Qualifications • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent). • Experience with other Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting). • Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or other Agile project tools. • Prior experience in large-scale Workday implementations or upgrades. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
