Job Overview

We are looking for bilingual (Spanish and English) call center agents to work remotely from the comfort of their own homes in Arizona. As a part-time telephone interviewer, you will be responsible for conducting outbound surveys with respondents, accurately recording their answers, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:

  • Be fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in reading, writing, and basic math
  • Possess a typing speed of 30 words per minute (wpm) or higher, with high accuracy and attention to detail
