Job Overview: Data Entry Specialist
As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of the documentation we provide to our process server teams. This full-time remote position requires a meticulous and detail-oriented individual who can review and confirm work entered into our systems, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and file legal documents using our internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
 - Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and our processes, staying up-to-date with the latest developments.
 - Investigate discrepancies as they arise, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
 - Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
 
Qualifications and Skills
We're looking for individuals who possess the right combination of skills and qualities to excel in this role. While prior experience is not necessary, having a background in data entry is a plus. The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a high school diploma or GED.
