- Work in a rotating shift schedule, including early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required.
- Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 18 years old.
- Right to work in India.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Experience working with a computer and navigating various software applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and adapting to changing situations.
- A minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MP upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience, although not necessary.
- Familiarity with Amazon's products and services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
