 - Set up new claims for customers, accurately capturing relevant information and ensuring timely processing.
 - Provide information on the status of existing claims, keeping clients informed and up-to-date on the progress of their claim.
 - Deliver prompt and professional service to fulfill client requests, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and effective manner.
 
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education and skills.
 - 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a related field such as insurance or financial services.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to clients.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
