About the Role

The Associate Director Marketing Psychiatry will play a crucial role in driving the success of our psychiatric portfolio, specifically in the launch of REXULTI (brexpiprazole) in combination with sertraline for the treatment of adults with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), pending FDA approval. This is a remote opportunity, open to candidates across the United States, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing non-personal promotional strategies, managing digital channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and evolution of the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with marketing and cross-functional teams.
  • Execute the brand strategy through non-personal promotional channels, leveraging sound marketing principles, analytics, and market research.
  • Develop and optimize HCP non-personal promotional activities, including HCP journeys, messaging, and congress activities.
  • Propose innovative digital solutions to elevate brand value and meet unmet customer needs.
  • Establish strong relationships with alliance partners, ensuring joint decision-making and representing Lundbeck's needs and point of view.
  • Participate in brand planning, serving as the primary point of contact for digital cross-functional partners, including digital solutions, data & analytics, and market research.
  • Recommend and develop measurement plans and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Manage budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope, and comply with regulatory requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An accredited Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of marketing, sales, or relevant commercial experience.
  • 4+ years of brand marketing experience within the pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, or healthcare industries.
  • 3+ years of non-personal promotional, digital, and/or omnichannel experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, influence others, and build consensus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Marketing and media optimization experience.
  • Social strategy and execution experience.
  • Campaign management experience.
  • Specialty pharma industry experience.
  • Experience in developing and executing promotional speaker's programs and managing congress activities.
  • New product launch or indication expansion experience.
  • Alliance partnership or co-promotional experience.
  • Prior success with developing and implementing test & learn initiatives and driving business decisions with data & analytics.
  • Prior DTC experience.
  • Experience with OPDP and FDA requirements.

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000, eligibility for a 20% bonus target based on company and individual performance, and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive plan. Travel Requirements

Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and up to 50% for remote hires, with occasional international travel required.
