Job Summary
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will work full-time hours from the comfort of your own home until the end of 2024 or early 2025. Your primary responsibility will be to obtain necessary information from clients after an insurance application is submitted to an insurance carrier. You will work closely with our underwriters to ensure that all necessary information is gathered, and you will be responsible for maintaining client confidentiality and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain necessary information from clients after an insurance application is submitted to an insurance carrier
- Work closely with underwriters to ensure that all necessary information is gathered
- Maintain client confidentiality and possess a high level of integrity
- Provide exceptional customer service and take ownership of the client relationship
- Respond to client needs and focus on optimal solutions
- Identify, adjust, adapt to, and correct various complex scenarios
- Utilize company-provided computer and telephony systems
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1 year+ of customer service experience
- Ability to communicate clearly, specifically when on the phone using a headset
- Computer proficiency in a Windows setting, including Microsoft Office, email, and internet access
- Excellent communication skills to use throughout all levels of the organization
- Comfortable and competent in both written and oral communications
- Results-driven attitude
- Focus on details, accuracy, and client resolution
- Possess accurate record-keeping, writing, and grammar skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the insurance industry
- Familiarity with insurance applications and underwriting processes
- Experience working in a remote setting

Shift Details
