About the Role: General Laborer, Warehouse - Days

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our warehouse team on a day shift basis. As a General Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing a variety of tasks related to the physical handling of products, materials, supplies, and equipment. Your attention to detail, ability to work independently, and commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial power equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move products and materials around the warehouse
• Restock and replenish products and supplies as needed to ensure efficient workflow
• Perform general maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and organizing the warehouse, to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation requirements
• Fill in for other positions as needed to support the team and ensure seamless operations
• Perform general warehouse, production, and cooler service duties, including periodic bending, kneeling, lifting of 50+ pounds, and climbing

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High School or GED preferred, although equivalent experience will be considered
• 0-1 year of general work experience, with prior warehouse, production, or equipment service experience being an asset
• Ability to operate a manual or powered pallet jack, or lift product, with forklift certification being a plus
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to perform tasks that require periodic bending, kneeling, lifting of 50+ pounds, and climbing
