Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Analyst, you will play a vital role in evaluating the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technology, providing technical and CX feedback to development teams, and deploying new technology at customer sites. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional shopping experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technology, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Provide technical and CX feedback to development teams, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Visit customer sites and deploy new technology, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Collect customer feedback and quantify the impacts of new technology, informing future development and improvement.
  • Summarize results in writing for presentation to development team leadership, driving data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • A 4-year degree in a science or engineering field, providing a solid foundation for technical analysis and problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and data analysis skills, enabling effective collaboration and insight generation.
  • Minimum of 2 years of product development experience in consumer hardware development and deployment, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Previous experience teaching and communicating complex topics, both written and verbally, to diverse audiences, demonstrating adaptability and clarity.
  • Previous experience analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs and making decisions in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment, showcasing strategic thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a similar technical field, further enhancing technical expertise.
  • Scripting skills, enabling automation and efficiency in technical tasks.
  • Formal coursework/training in project management, providing a structured approach to project delivery.

What We Offer

Contract Details

  • Contract length: 11 months, providing a long-term opportunity to contribute to our mission.
  • Location: Remote (50% travel, so best to be near a main US airline hub), offering flexibility and variety.
  • Pay range: $38 - $42 per hour, competitive compensation for your expertise.
