Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience, with high-volume experience preferred
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a distraction-free home working environment
- Strong computer technical skills, with the ability to learn and navigate complex systems and software programs
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities
