Key Responsibilities
- Define and develop processes, content, and tools to optimize sales performance and drive business growth.
- Lead cross-functional projects and work collaboratively with senior management to identify business challenges and prioritize initiatives.
- Develop and maintain the DS Sales Playbook and workflows, ensuring effective deployment of sales content and strategies.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to create efficiencies that increase productivity and effectiveness.
- Exercise sound independent judgment and influence behaviors without direct management structures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, and senior management.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 5 years of business leadership experience, preferably in a role with strategic, problem-solving, and analytical components.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
