**Job Description**
As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You will be responsible for entering and updating data into our systems, compiling and verifying information, and performing various administrative tasks. This is a full-time, part-time, remote work opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $30 per hour, flexible work schedule, and a range of benefits.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Inputting customer and account data from source documents within time limits
* Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
* Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
* Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
* Applying data program techniques and procedures
* Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations
* Scanning documents and printing files, when needed
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
* Experience with MS Office and data programs
* Familiarity with administrative duties
* Excellent typing speed and accuracy
* Attention to detail
* Confidentiality
* Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Additional qualifications in Office Management or related field is a plus
