Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your role will be multifaceted, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our moving and storage services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers inside and outside the blithequark Center with our products and services
• Utilizing smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory efficiently
• Moving and hooking up U-Haul trucks and trailers, ensuring they are ready for customer use
• Maintaining the cleanliness and inspecting the equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels
• Answering customer queries and educating them on our products and services
• Preparing rental invoices and processing equipment returned from rentals
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need:

Minimum Qualifications

• A valid driver's license and the ability to maintain a good driving record
• A High School Diploma or equivalent
