About the Role: Customer Support Associate, Bilingual Italian
As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you'll be the face of our revolutionary Starlink satellite constellation project, delivering low-latency broadband internet worldwide. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience, resolving their issues, and providing technical support across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities:
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, using your technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
- Analyze trends, identify gaps, and design simple yet effective support interventions to improve our customers' experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and improve troubleshooting workflows, resolve root cause issues, and enhance our overall support process.
- Surface product, process, and training issues by pairing quantitative and qualitative methods, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed and resolved.
- Create and maintain internal knowledge base and help center collateral to empower customers and support teams.
- Be a relentless internal advocate for the customer within blithequark, ensuring that their needs are met and their voices are heard.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
- 1+ year of experience in a front-line customer support role, where you've demonstrated your ability to resolve customer issues and provide excellent service.
- Fluent in Italian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to go beyond the apparent and available answer to satisfy the customer.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into simple explanations.
- Empathy, active listening, and resiliency skills, with the ability to internalize customer concerns and keep a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple channels.
- Willingness and ability to flex weekend and night shift hours as needed to support our growth.
- Experience in a training, learning and development, analytics, service design, vendor management, or content management role.
- Technical aptitude, with experience in networking, hardware troubleshooting, software development, or related fields.
- Start-up, consulting, or other demonstrated experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package, with a pay range of $24.00-$26.50 per hour, depending on your level and experience. You'll also be eligible for long-term incentives, discretionary bonuses, and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through our Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Additional Requirements:
- Must be available to work holidays.
- Must be willing to work 12 hours a day on one or more of the following shifts: Shift B (6AM-6PM) or Shift D (6PM-6AM) on alternating weekend schedules.
