Key Responsibilities
- Provide sales support functions, including phone-based customer support, computer-based order processing, and resolving customer queries and concerns.
 - Maintain accurate customer database and history records, ensuring up-to-date information and effective communication.
 - Produce reports and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
 - Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs, resolve issues, and drive sales growth.
 - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, including complex product lists and technical specifications.
 - Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
 
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5-7 years of experience in customer service roles, preferably in a sales support capacity.
 - Previous sales support experience with direct customer contact, managing support for multiple people with competing deadlines.
 - Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
 - Computer savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SAP-type programs. Pentagon experience is a plus.
 - Organized, focused, and team-oriented, with a professional and engaging demeanor.
 
Preferred Qualifications and Skills

- Experience in the aeronautical industry or a related field.
 - Familiarity with MRO operations and FAA regulations.
