About the Role: Customer Service Representative
We're seeking a customer-oriented service representative to join our dynamic team at blithequark. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our clients' brands, providing professional customer care services, technical support, and sales expertise through various integrated platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls, responding efficiently to customer inquiries and resolving issues with accuracy and efficiency.
- Generate sales leads by identifying and assessing customers' needs, and providing personalized solutions to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, ensuring long-term loyalty and retention.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools, meeting personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents in accordance with company procedures.
- Follow communication guidelines and policies, taking the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent customer service abilities, with a track record of over-achieving quota.
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different types of characters and personalities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with strong data entry skills and computer proficiency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in English, with strong analytical skills and experience with outbound calling.
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus, with sales and upselling experience preferred.
- At least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or GED, and authorized to work in the United States.
- US resident (any state except CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, or WI).
