About the Role

This part-time Remote Data Entry Assistant position is designed to ensure the accuracy and integrity of dental case data, serving as the foundation for our comprehensive services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately entering information into our computer system, generating work cards, and performing various administrative tasks to support our dental case management processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter information on incoming cases into the computer system and generate work cards, ensuring data integrity and attention to detail.
  • Code cases in preparation for data entry, utilizing our case tracking software to streamline processes.
  • Make necessary changes to computer work cards to place cases on-hold, change dates, codes, etc., as required.
  • Scan paperwork for each case, ensuring electronic storage and easy retrieval of documents.
  • Look up previous paperwork in files as needed for case information or reworks, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
  • Utilize and operate case tracking software to monitor case progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Enter cases to be shipped via a shipping vendor into the appropriate system, coordinating logistics and shipping arrangements.
  • Scan paperwork and perform other administrative tasks as assigned, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent data entry and computer skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. Strong English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and understanding, are also essential.
