You will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. Your exceptional communication skills, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to provide personalized solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, providing technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung's customers * Develop and implement efficient solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction * Treat customers with respect and professionalism, adhering to company policies and procedures * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * Fluency in Lithuanian (C1) and a good command of Russian and English (B2) * Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment (although not mandatory) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and communication tools **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with Samsung products or services * Knowledge of technical support software and tools * Certification in customer service or technical support * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment **What We Offer** * A full-time job with various shifts from Monday to Friday, between 09:00-19:00 * An hourly rate of €8.03 to €8.56 (during trial period and after) * Performance-based bonuses * A supportive team with fantastic colleagues and managers, as well as real opportunities to grow in your career * Ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge * A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and more **Career Growth Opportunities** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
