Job Summary
As a Customer Care Associate at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience from start to finish. You'll be the face of our company, working closely with our customers, drivers, and dry cleaning partners to resolve any issues that may arise. This is a complex role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think on your feet.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues that may arise, working closely with drivers and dry cleaning partners to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions, using your own initiative and judgment to make decisions
- Liaise with drivers and dry cleaning partners to enable them to provide continued great service to our customers
- Manage multiple calls and tasks simultaneously, prioritizing your work to meet customer needs and deadlines
- Maintain accurate records and reports, using our CRM system to track customer interactions and issues
- Collaborate with the customer care team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
Requirements

- Minimum two years of previous customer care experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing environment
