Job Overview

In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for supporting the Customer Service & E-Commerce programs at blithequark, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences, driving safety, quality, and productivity, and ensuring the successful execution of our e-commerce operations. As a Supervisor, you will lead by example, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to our team members, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration, mutual respect, and exceptional morale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences and hold all team members accountable for providing exceptional customer service
  • Establish clear expectations for balancing in-store customer service and completing online orders, and monitor in-store and online customer flow to assign tasks effectively
  • Seek awareness of relevant competitors and industry trends, and ensure an effective and efficient response to customer questions, requests, and concerns
  • Support collaborative and productive relationships with departmental leaders, store leadership, and partners, such as delivery drivers
  • Foster a positive environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale, and maintain team member safety and security standards
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory rules and standards, and develop, coach, mentor, and motivate team members to sustain a high-performing team and minimize turnover
  • Maintain cleanliness of workspaces, including staging areas and coolers, and ensure the security of equipment, such as MSRs, phones, and currency counters
  • Proactively identify process improvement opportunities, and consistently communicate and model blithequark's core values, leadership principles, and support goals

Essential Qualifications

  • 12+ months of retail experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and leading teams
  • Ability to perform task management, balancing dynamic customer flows, and strong analysis skills to root cause underperformance
  • Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team-building, and customer relationship skills, with the ability to teach others in a positive and constructive manner
  • Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce operations, with a strong understanding of online order fulfillment and delivery processes
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service protocols
  • Experience with leadership principles, such as coaching, mentoring, and developing team members, with a focus on creating a positive and inclusive work environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
