About the Role
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the face of blithequark Pharmacy, providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and web interactions. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a high level of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. You'll be working a variable reduced hour schedule, which may include evenings or weekends, and be available to work 40 hours per week, with potential adjustments based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Virtually assist customers and other advisors with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions, providing timely and effective solutions.
 - Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
 - Proactively identify solutions to anticipated customer questions, demonstrating a customer-centric approach.
 - Take ownership of customer issues, resolving them from start to finish or collaborating with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when clinical expertise is required.
 - Deliver best-in-class service experiences in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
 - Address customer inquiries regarding insurance, copays, and shipping needs, providing clear and concise information.
 - Offer technical support to customers navigating pharmacy.blithequark.com, ensuring a smooth user experience.
 - Serve customers in a timely manner, fostering a positive and long-term relationship.
 - Understand the importance of customer privacy and safety, adhering to blithequark's Work From Home policy.
 
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older).
 - 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools.
 - Proven ability to multitask with phone and computer skills.
 - Ability to submit and pass a pre-employment drug test.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
 - Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
 - Experience working in a customer service or call center environment.
 - Background in a healthcare environment, with knowledge of industry-specific terminology and procedures.
