Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and modifications, while addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with computers and basic software applications, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
