We're now looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Work from Home Banking Credit Card Customer Service Representative and make a meaningful impact on the payments technology landscape of tomorrow.

What Part Will You Play?

As a Work from Home Banking Credit Card Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in resolving basic payment and account-related requests from our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests, including card activations, payments, and name and address updates for cardholders of assigned company clients.
  • Providing standardized or scripted responses using basic user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) screens for client systems and established documentation and processes.
  • Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases.
  • Determining basic reasons for customer issues using a client-provided decision tree and escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments for further investigation and resolution.
  • Building base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients and understanding association guidelines and compliance by frequently referring to online manuals and specific client training required to resolve cardholder inquiries.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • A minimum of at least six months of contact center or work-from-contact center experience in the last 18 months.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • 12 months of contact center or work-from-contact center experience in the last 18 months.
  • Banking customer service experience.

  • Has little or no role in the decision-making process and normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work.
