As our first CS rep, you'll play a vital role in shaping our customer support strategy, building systems, and processes for future team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Product Knowledge: Continuously learn about the features of our app and the broader Shopify ecosystem to provide top-notch support.
  • Product Feedback: Collect and summarize feedback from merchants, suggesting new ways to improve our product.
  • Non-CS Related Tasks: Participate in various tasks, such as researching tools, writing blog posts, and creating mockups, based on your natural abilities and interests.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues effectively.
  • Customer-Focused Mindset: A passion for helping people and solving problems.
  • Technical Aptitude: Proficient in discussing technical concepts at a high level, with comfort working with basic CSS and JS.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to perform non-CS related tasks and adapt to new challenges.
  • Availability: At least 4-hour overlap with GMT+7 9am-6pm.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Shopify Experience: Experience working with Shopify, especially in theme development or customization.
  • B2B SaaS Experience: Background in B2B SaaS, with a understanding of the industry.
  • Language Skills: Additional languages, such as French, Spanish, or Italian.
  • Transferable Skills: Any other skills that can benefit a startup, such as marketing, SEO, or video editing.
