Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative Agent and remote online panelist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Participating in paid focus group studies, clinical trials, and market research assignments

• Using products and/or services provided, if applicable, and being prepared to discuss your experiences
• Arriving at least 10 minutes before the discussion start time for in-person studies

Essential Qualifications
