The Role: Shaping the Future of Customer Support at blithequark
As our inaugural Customer Support Representative, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer support landscape at blithequark. Not only will you be responsible for delivering top-notch support to our customers, but you'll also be instrumental in developing the systems and processes that will guide our future customer support endeavors. Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences
- Communicate effectively with customers via live chat and email, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuously update your knowledge of our app's features and the broader Shopify ecosystem to provide informed and relevant support to our customers.
- Collect and summarize product feedback from merchants, using these insights to suggest improvements and enhancements to our product.
- Undertake non-CS related tasks as needed, such as researching tools, crafting blog posts, and creating mockups, based on your natural abilities and interests.
Essential Qualifications: The Skills We're Looking For
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- A passion for problem-solving and a customer-centric approach, with a proven ability to handle challenging customer interactions.
- The ability to discuss technical concepts at a high level, with a basic understanding of CSS and JS, and a willingness to learn more as needed.
- A talent for writing technical documentation and articles, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- A flexible mindset, with a willingness to take on non-CS related tasks and adapt to the evolving needs of our organization.
- At least 4 hours of overlap with GMT+7 (9am-6pm) to ensure seamless collaboration with our team.
Preferred Qualifications: The Skills That Will Set You Apart
While not essential, the following skills and experiences will be considered a plus:
- Experience working with Shopify, particularly in theme development or customization.
- A background in B2B SaaS, with a deep understanding of the associated challenges and opportunities.
- Proficiency in additional languages, such as French, Spanish, or Italian.
- Other skills that can benefit a startup, including marketing, SEO, video editing, and more.
