**Job Summary**
As a Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our clients to turn website traffic into revenue-generating leads.
**Responsibilities**
- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, responding promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
- Provide accurate information about the products and services offered by our clients, including automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions.
- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients.
- Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, utilizing our proprietary systems to track and analyze interactions.
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights to help our clients improve their online presence.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services offered by our clients, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary. We're looking for individuals with a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn.
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills are essential, as well as a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change.
- A positive and professional demeanor is crucial, as you will be representing our clients and blithequark online.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as you will be interacting with customers via chat and email.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred, to ensure efficient communication and data entry.
**Requirements**
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse to ensure a seamless and productive work experience.
- Must live within the state of Texas, as this is a remote position that requires a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions.
- Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our systems and processes.
- Must be able to commit to a regular schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate our clients' needs.
