Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Specialist at blithequark, your role will be multifaceted, focusing on creating a superior and memorable travel experience for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer calls in an efficient, courteous, and accurate manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Assessing customer needs and offering tailored solutions and additional products to enhance their travel experience.
  • Interacting with a globally diverse group of customers and colleagues, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Selling travel-related services and promoting credit card vendor partner products, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Possessing strong computer skills and being comfortable navigating various software applications, email, instant messaging, and internet searches.
  • Maintaining a professional attitude with excellent dependability, flexibility in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Learning and reacting quickly to new information and customer needs, staying ahead of the curve.

Compensation and Training

We offer a competitive starting pay of SGD 3,100 per month, along with performance-based incentives after a six-month probation period. You'll also be eligible for shift allowances, monthly rewards if the company meets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and annual pay increases.

Our comprehensive training program includes classroom instruction, observation, exams, and performance measures, ensuring you're equipped to excel in your role. You'll be assigned to a shift that may differ from your training shift, with two consecutive days off likely midweek. As you gain seniority, you'll have the opportunity to bid on preferred shifts every 3-4 months.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant work experience in a contact center environment.
