Lead Pharmacy Technician- Remote – Dublin, GA • * Contractor must be within 50 miles from a local VA Medical Center or VA CBOC location in the continental US.** Location: 2103 Veterans Blvd, Suite 21, Dublin, GA Full-Time | 1-Year Contract | Overtime Available U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders Only We’re seeking a Lead Pharmacy Technician to support the Meds by Mail (MbM) program. The Lead Technician will coordinate daily pharmacy operations, supervise staff, maintain compliance records, and assist with training and scheduling. This role also involves performing standard prescription processing tasks alongside the team. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and support pharmacy technician staff to ensure workflow efficiency. • Schedule shifts, review timecards, and handle administrative coordination. • Maintain records for background investigations, staff training, and compliance reporting. • Assist with onboarding, performance evaluations, and ongoing staff education. • Perform all standard pharmacy technician duties, including data entry and prescription processing. • Collaborate with pharmacists and other production areas to meet all workload demands. Requirements: • Certified by the National Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) • High school diploma or GED required • Strong leadership and communication skills • Experience managing staff or projects • Eligible for VetPro certification • Submit résumé, certification, education certificate, and 3 professional references Join us in delivering accurate, compassionate pharmacy support to our Veterans.
