We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge to join our team at blithequark. As a Chat Professional, you'll be the face of blithequark to our valued clients, delivering exceptional service and support through our chat platform. Your role will be to provide personalized assistance, resolve client concerns, and promote our brand's promise of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to our high-value clients through our chat platform, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting blithequark's products and services to enhance client relationships and loyalty.
- Respond to client inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize our Client-First philosophy to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and resolve complex issues.
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing client needs and priorities.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and trust in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Essential Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of recent experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium or high-end client environment.
- Experience in the airline, concierge, or travel industry, including reservation experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and provide personalized support.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and resolve client issues effectively.
