Your role will be to provide personalized assistance, resolve client concerns, and promote our brand's promise of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service to our high-value clients through our chat platform, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting blithequark's products and services to enhance client relationships and loyalty.
• Respond to client inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Qualifications:
