As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for collecting and processing information from disparate data systems, designing dashboards, and building custom reports to aid in risk assessment and compliance requirements.

About the Role

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you'll be working on a part-time, work-from-home basis, with a competitive salary of $30 per hour. You'll be an integral part of our team, working on exciting projects that impact the lives of millions of customers worldwide. Your work will involve identifying information to aid in a wide variety of ERM and danger evaluation objectives, compliance requirements, and situation recall regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collecting and processing information from disparate data systems across our US and global businesses
  • Designing dashboards that assist stakeholders in scoping risk and measuring the maturity of associated controls
  • Building custom reports as needed to support business leaders and compliance professionals
  • Applying knowledge in analytics strategies and tools to increase defensible and consistent methodologies for assessing risk
  • Drawing insights and correlations from data and communicating effects to compliance professionals, attorneys, and business leaders
  • Providing input on new and emerging risk areas using data-driven analysis
  • Soliciting feedback and helping to continuously improve our ERM and risk assessment processes

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Deep SQL knowledge and talent in tools like Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, BigQuery, PowerApps, and Dataiku
  • Experience working on legal, compliance, ERM, or risk assessment matters
  • Adeptness at generating impactful visualizations and using data to 'inform a story'
  • Ability to code using R or Python
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • A growth mindset and experience learning new things

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered a plus:

  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and tools
