Position Purpose

As an Operation Intake Coordinator I - Data Entry and Document Management Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and timely processing of documents and data. You will be responsible for receiving and distributing incoming and outgoing documents, entering data, and maintaining accurate records. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in meeting the high standards of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process all documents within the required workflow system, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all required document types.
  • Open, sort, and prepare incoming documents for imaging and data entry.
  • Image incoming paper documents and maintain electronic records.
  • Enter pertinent claims information from source documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform data entry and validation when applicable, using our workflow system.
  • Communicate findings and update WorkFront as applicable, ensuring seamless collaboration with team members.
  • Work independently and without direct supervision, adhering to strict deadlines and meeting established department production and quality standards.
  • Assist team members in other areas (in-office or remote) to align with business needs and support our organization's goals.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education and Experience

A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role. Production-related experience is preferred, and we encourage candidates with relevant experience to apply.

Skills and Competencies

  • High level of confidentiality and sensitivity when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds and stand for intermittent periods of time.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on quality and precision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in data entry and workflow systems, with experience in document management and imaging.
