**Responsibilities**
As an Inbound Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
* Focusing on customer retention through proactive communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
* Providing customers with our organization's service standards, ensuring that they understand our policies and procedures.
* Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly.
* Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
* Following up on complicated customer calls, providing additional support and guidance as required.
* Completing call notes and call reports as necessary, updating them in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and analysis.
* Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries.
* Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
* Performing other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the growth and success of our team.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
* Some sales and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar and punctuation
* Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Some experience with MS Excel is a plus, but not required
