We're now seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our customer service team on a full-time, remote basis, working rotating 2nd and 3rd shifts across the United States.

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing professional and timely support via phone, email, and our support software. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service. This role requires a high degree of flexibility, including working rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays, as well as being available for overtime when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer service phone calls and other customer requests, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Create service requests and dispatch them accordingly, ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Utilize web-based system tools, such as OMS, Word, and Excel, to log communication and track customer interactions.
  • Interact with vendors, customers, and employees via phone, text, and email, escalating service calls when necessary.
  • Attach Field Service Reports to service requests in OMS and audit reports from vendors to ensure accurate logging.
  • Act as the nighttime contact for drivers, providing scheduling and maintenance support, and handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • Proactively monitor on-time pickups and deliveries, escalating problems to the proper manager contacts as needed.
  • Follow HIPAA regulations and effectively communicate pertinent information to daytime contacts and coworkers on the next shift.
  • Order and cancel injectable doses, and enter helium readings into OMS.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Customer service, call center, or patient scheduling experience.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and multitask with attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working on computers, using Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or imaging services environment.
  • Familiarity with OMS or similar web-based system tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
