About the Team and the Opportunity

As a member of our blithequark Contact Center team, you will have the unique opportunity to generate meaningful emotional connections with our customers daily. As a Loyalty Customer Care Representative, you will be working from home, with a requirement for high-speed internet service and a quiet home office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn specific client loyalty program guidelines and apply this knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Answer all incoming inquiries directed to you through various media channels, including phone, email, and chat, in a professional and customer-centric manner.
  • Approach each day with a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude, acting with integrity at all times.
  • Communicate clearly, concisely, and helpfully, both verbally and in writing, to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Take ownership of customer inquiries, working toward a resolution and de-escalating issues as necessary through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Efficiently use all internal systems and resources, adhering to schedules and company policies and procedures.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, escalating any issues or concerns that cannot be resolved through normal efforts.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • The ability to attend a 7-week training program remotely with 100% attendance.
  • Basic computer knowledge with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (or equivalent experience), with a strong customer service orientation and collaborative nature.
  • Good problem-solving ability, high level of accuracy, and attention to detail, with a "whatever it takes" attitude to care for customers.
  • Flexibility regarding changes in work processes and environment, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills, with flexibility in scheduling, including weekends.

Preferred qualifications include 2 years of customer service experience and savvy computer knowledge with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
