Key Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analysis techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, machine learning) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to assist with driving business decisions.
• Analyze customer behavior (e.g., genre preferences, viewing patterns) to identify unmet customer needs and untapped content opportunities.
• Forecast content engagement to inform acquisition decisions.
• Optimize our content launch and episode release strategy.
• Test marketing strategies to streamline engagement and retention.
• Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both tactical and strategic decision-making.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to help drive the business forward.
• Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Data Analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python.
• Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems.
• Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Information Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent field.
