About the Role: Customer Service Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team. As a critical member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, which include members of unions seeking our benefits. Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound and Outbound Calling: Engage with clients and potential clients through phone calls, responding to inquiries, and providing information about our benefits.
  • Establishing Consultations: Schedule consultations and discussions with union members interested in our supplementary benefits.
  • Conducting Discussions: Effectively communicate the value of our benefits to union members, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Basic Computer Knowledge: Utilize computer systems to manage client interactions, complete necessary paperwork, and perform quality assurance tasks.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all interactions meet the highest standards of customer service and compliance.
  • Leadership Development: Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance leadership skills and contribute to team growth.

Credentials:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Excellent Verbal Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with clients, team members, and management.
  • Exceptional Client Association and Interaction Capabilities: Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and provide personalized support.
