Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them.

Essential Qualifications
- A valid Alaska initial, professional, or master teaching certificate.
- Evidence of content knowledge in the subject area, demonstrated through a posted degree, minor, or endorsement in the content area, or passing Praxis Subject Assessments scores.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to provide professional development opportunities to colleagues.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders.
