Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine the most appropriate treatment plans based on their individual needs and medical history. Monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards related to IVF services. Mentor and train junior staff members, fostering a team-based approach to patient care.
