We're seeking an experienced Senior Content Management System Engineer to join our Chief Technology Officer Organization's team. As a Senior Content Management System Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) based Content Management System. You'll work closely with multi-functional leaders to understand business principles, goals, and strategy, and stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in Content Management & Digital Asset Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to high-level design and detailed design of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) based Content Management System with emphasis on high availability and low latency.
 - Define and revise architectural guiding principles to steer our platform and solution development together with our other solution architects.
 - Conduct proof of concept to validate the feasibility and performance of proposed solutions aligning with project goals and requirements.
 - Engage and work with multi-functional leaders to understand and help define business principles, goals, and strategy within scope of responsibility.
 - Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in Content Management & Digital Asset Management domain.
 - Expertise in the definition and implementation of effective software engineering practices and processes that result in high speed to market.
 
Essential Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
 - Expertise in AEM architectural concepts - such as design, deployment, scaling & security.
 - Proficient in developing custom components, editable templates, and integrating Digital Asset Management (DAM) for optimized content management.
 - Expertise in OSGi, Apache Sling, and JCR to improve system performance, leading to measurable improvements in efficiency and error reduction.
 - Skilled in demonstrating GraphQL and REST APIs for flawless content delivery in headless Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) setups.
 - Adept in React SPA components, Sling Models, and multilevel workflows, ensuring robust, adaptable, and efficient web applications.
 - Strong experience with agile methodologies and optimizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platforms for better performance, accessibility, and user engagement.
 - Experienced in deploying, migrating and running Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications in cloud environments.
 - Skilled in CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native architectures.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-based content management systems.
 - Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
 - Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies in Content Management & Digital Asset Management.
