They are seeking a Sales Executive with proven experience in Microsoft Power Platform Consulting Services to drive new client acquisition, manage relationships, and support the expansion of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related solution offerings.
Position Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities related to Microsoft Power Platform solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with pre-sales engineers, solution architects, and marketing teams to articulate the business value of automation, analytics, and application modernization services.
This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong knowledge of Microsoft’s cloud ecosystem, and the ability to engage C-level executives and IT decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
 - Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Microsoft Power Platform services (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents).
 - Engage with clients to understand business challenges and align Power Platform solutions to their needs.
 - Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals, demos, and customized presentations.
 - Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft account teams and channel partners.
 - Maintain accurate CRM data, sales forecasts, and pipeline management.
 - Represent the company at Microsoft events, webinars, and industry conferences (virtually and occasionally in-person).
 - Stay updated on Microsoft licensing models, product updates, and competitive landscape.
 
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
 - 5+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, preferably in Microsoft consulting or cloud services.
 - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a consultative selling environment.
 - Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Azure ecosystems.
 - Experience selling professional services, managed services, or SaaS solutions.
 - Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
 - Ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.
 - Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a remote setting.
 - Familiarity with CRM tools (Dynamics 365 Sales, Salesforce, or HubSpot).
 
Preferred Skills
- Experience working for or with a Microsoft Partner organization.
 - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) or related sales accreditation.
 - Understanding of automation, low-code app development, and data analytics trends.
 - Prior success selling into industries such as financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, or government.
