Position: Virtual Assistant with Advanced Excel & Analytical Skills

Contract Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time
About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant with strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency to support operational, reporting, and team collaboration tasks. This role requires excellent communication in English, a solid grasp of mathematics, and experience working remotely with U.S.-based companies.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain complex spreadsheets (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards)
• Perform accurate calculations and data analysis for weekly/monthly reports
• Support administrative and operational tasks in a remote environment
• Communicate clearly and professionally with U.S.-based teams
• Collaborate across departments with attention to detail and follow-through
• Learn new tools and processes as needed
Requirements:
• Advanced Excel skills (including formulas, logical functions, pivot tables)
• Professional-level English (written and spoken)
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities
• Prior experience working remotely and with U.S. companies
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, or similar tools
• Experience with KPI tracking, financial reporting, or e-commerce operations
